      • A clean house,

        held that way.

Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, glass and linens, on a recurring

schedule you approve once. The same crew every visit,

so your home is learned once and remembered.

      • Cleaning is the inside half of one company.

Most homes are looked after by two firms who never speak. The cleaners never touch the porch, the lawn crew never wipes the sill they walked past. Nexa Home Services runs both sides of the front door on one schedule, which is why the threshold itself stops being nobody's job.

      • Every visit, and then the deeper work on a rotation.

The weekly list is what keeps a house level. The rotation is what stops the slow build up you only notice once a year, so it gets done a bit at a time instead of becoming a project.

        Every visit

        • Kitchens - Counters cleared and wiped, sink and taps descaled, hob and splashback degreased, fronts of appliances, floor last.
        • Bathrooms - Shower screen and tiles, basin, toilet cleaned around and behind, mirrors streak free, floor.
        • Floors and surfaces - Vacuumed through, hard floors mopped, dusting at normal reach including sills and skirting.
        • Beds and linens - Beds made, or stripped and remade when you leave fresh linen out.

        Deeper, on a rotation

        • Interior glass - Windows from the inside, glazed doors and the panes people stop seeing.
        • Inside the appliances - Oven, microwave and refrigerator interiors, taken one at a time across the rotation.
        • High and low - Tops of door frames, light fittings, under and behind the furniture that moves.
        • The threshold - Entry mat, porch, door glass and the frame. The part two separate companies both skip.
      • Where the time actually goes.

      • Before you ask.

Does the first visit take longer than the ones after it?

Usually, yes. A first clean has to establish the baseline: the built up film on a shower screen, the grease film above a cooker and the dust on top of door frames are all jobs that take real time once and then only take maintenance afterwards. Recurring visits are shorter because they are holding a standard rather than resetting one.

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Most recurring clients are at work during their visit and arrange access once, at the property walk, rather than being present every time. If you would rather be home, that is fine too. Whatever access arrangement you choose is written into the schedule so the same crew follows it every visit.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes, everything needed for a standard visit comes with the crew. If you would prefer specific products used in your home, for example a particular finish on natural stone or a fragrance free product because of an allergy, say so at the walk and it goes on the property notes.

What is not included in a recurring clean?

A recurring visit is maintenance, not a renovation. Work such as clearing a whole garage, cleaning inside a full kitchen of cupboards, post construction dust removal or anything needing ladders beyond normal reach is quoted separately rather than quietly absorbed into a visit and rushed.

      • Tell us about the house.

Tell us the size of the house and how often you want us. We look at the property before quoting, because square footage alone does not tell us how long a house actually takes.
